Synergy 1911 DS

I needed a duty pistol for work that fit my particular needs. Out of every single firearm I put to the test, this one, the 1911 DS Synergy, was the top performer. It matched up against multiple Staccato’s and some how came out as the better match. The feel of the gun and the controls are beyond exceptional. A major plus is that it also will fit in a Staccato Safariland holster, so it is 100% duty ready. The trigger and recoil control on this pistol are insane. The way I describe this gun to other officers at the range is “if you miss with this gun, it’s your fault.” I can’t talk up the trigger and controls of this gun enough, they are simply amazing. This firearm feels like a custom ordered pistol right out of the box. I’ve handled Nighthawks before and this gives off the same vibes in presentation and operation. The only improvement I recommend is improving the checkmate magazines, but that’s not a ding against the gun itself.

I really don’t got much to say, you would honestly have to grab one and check it out for yourself. You never know how you will like something unless you try it first. I stopped myself for month trying to buy this firearm. When I finally convinced myself it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. I’m still young, only have a few other firearms and haven’t shit much in my life but when I say this he bee the one, I mean that!!!

I purchased this gun last year and couldn't be happier. I've put over 10,000 rds through it. Only issue i have are the checkmate mags that come with it, but won't use that against the gun. I purchased 2 duramags and since than have had zero issues. Gun has best recoil management of any 1911ds I have shot. I would put this gun up against any staccato or Apollo ive shot both brands few different models and I perfer my synergy. I will be purchasing another one soon. You cant go wrong with this gun.

I recently picked up a synergy at a gun show for a trade. The overall quality blew my mind. The slide is buttery smooth. The lockup is tight and I couldn’t be happier. This thing runs and is beyond accurate. I compared it to my other 2011 safe queens and this is my favorite. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed.
