Warranty & Return Policy

  • All GLFA manufactured firearms and parts come with a lifetime warranty against manufactured defect and part failure.

  • All GLFA firearm sales, including complete upper and lower assemblies, are FINAL. See below for information about warranty issues and repairs.

  • All other products purchased directly from GLFA may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, as long as they are still in NEW condition. Proof of purchase is required. After 30 days, refunds will not be issued. 

Return Process

  • For products purchased directly from GLFA or an online retailer, please email us directly at support@glfallc.com or visit our showroom during open hours. Be sure to include your full name, address, phone number, date of purchase, online order number (if applicable), firearm caliber, firearm serial number, and a detailed explanation of your issue in your email. Providing photos may expedite troubleshooting. We will review and respond with further instruction.

  • For products purchased from a GLFA dealer*, please return your product to its original place of purchase. Your dealer will attempt to get you taken care of and resolve your issue onsite. If additional support is needed, they will contact us for assistance.

*GLFA Dealers: Please email us at support@glfallc.com. Be sure to include your business name, address, and phone number, as well as the firearm caliber, firearm serial number, and a detailed explanation of the issue. Providing photos may expedite troubleshooting.

Return Fees & Repair Timeline

  • If we determine that a GLFA firearm or firearm part has a manufactured defect or failure, we will repair or replace it at no charge. We will also cover all associated shipping costs if you are located within the contiguous 48 states. If you are located outside of the contiguous 48 states, you will be responsible for all shipping related expenses.

  • If we determine that a GLFA firearm or firearm part has failed due to normal wear and tear; failure to store, use, or maintain the product; neglect (ex: corrosion); tampering, additions, or modifications; or improper use of ammunition, ALL repair, replacement and/or shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. Payment will be collected prior to the return of the item.

  • We strive to have all repairs completed within three weeks; however, that time may vary depending on the nature of the issue. Product returns are typically processed within 5-10 business days.
