GLFA RETURN POLICY:
- ALL GLFA FIREARM SALES ARE FINAL. Because our rifles are built to order, there are no returns. Our firearms come with a lifetime warranty against manufactured defect or part failure. See below for further details about returns for replacement or repair.
- ALL OTHER PRODUCTS PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM GLFA can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if they are in NEW condition. Proof of purchase is required. After 30 days, no returns are accepted.
TO RETURN YOUR GLFA PRODUCT FOR REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR:
- IF PURCHASED FROM A RETAIL STORE OR GLFA DEALER: Please return your product to the original place of purchase. Your dealer will attempt to resolve your issue onsite. If further support is needed, they will contact us for assistance, or ship your product back to the GLFA support team.
- PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM GLFA: Please contact us via email. Be sure to include you name, phone number, firearm caliber, date of purchase, online order number (if applicable) and a detailed explanation of your issue. We may also request photos to aid us in troubleshooting.
REPAIR PROCESS, FEES, AND TIMELINE:
If we determine that your item has a manufacturing error or defect, we will repair or replace your product and cover all associated shipping costs.
If we determine that your item has failed due to normal wear and tear; failure to store, use, or maintain the product; neglect (ex: corrosion); tampering, additions, or modifications; or improper use of ammunition, ALL repair, replacement and/or shipping costs will be the customers responsibility. Payment will be collected prior to the return of the item.
We strive to have all repairs completed within three weeks; however, that time may vary depending on the nature of the issue. Product returns are typically processed in 5 -10 business days.
